Who is this person? Not every person can be called. Need to have a certain set of character traits and mental qualities to qualify them to be called. You can often hear the phrase "outstanding personality" at the expense of a famous person.

But not only the known measured this concept. In my opinion, personality is sincere, a whole man, who lives according to his calling. He was able to discover their inclinations, uncover their talents, to overcome their weaknesses, and to succeed in life and be happy. However, he respects others, does not allow himself contemptuous and superficial relationship to them. Sometimes say "strong personality", but the power does not mean rigidity. In my opinion, a person especially need the power to be kind, sympathetic, even to be able to sacrifice their interests for somebody else.
