2. Yesterday by eight o’clock he HAD FINISHED all his homework,and when I CAME to his place at nine, he WAS READING.
3. I HAVE BEEN WAITING for permission to go abroad for already three weeks, but I HAVEN'T RECEIVED the visa yet.
4. Everybody IS at the door of the museum, but my friend HASN'T COME yet.
